Andrew is a transdisciplinary change leadership practitioner who helps individuals and teams become their professional best, but not at the expense of well-being. His areas of expertise include systemic team coaching, change & transformation management, dealing with uncertainty and resilience.

AboutÜber Andrew

Andrew has extensive experience in the people development area of HR and held positions with a leading global airline, European business training organisation as well as a global international standards institution. Originally, he grew up on a farm in Australia where he studied Agriculture, and has spent the last 25 years living in Germany honing his intercultural skills.

In his previous role working for a global airline, Andrew consulted on their change and learning agenda. He was responsible for the global “Change Agent” Network and strategic development of the Change Methodology Toolbox, creating the tools and frameworks necessary to guide and manage organizational change. As a trainer he has developed and led sessions on diverse leadership topics including change management, resilience, leading in the VUCA world as well as train-the trainer courses for functional leaders. Andrew was regularly used as a keynote speaker on change management.

Andrew is a specialist for change leadership and believes that change can be most effectively driven with a team approach. A combination of systemic team and change management coaching is Andrew’s unique offer allowing clients to generate knowledge collaboratively, identify opportunities, manage resistance, successfully and sustainably implement change initiatives. Andrew’s people oriented, stakeholder centric approach includes a transdisciplinary, systemic mindset, practicing empathy and increasing the capacity for change through understanding and improving resilience.

Andrew is currently undertaking doctoral research at Middlesex University (UK), with his thesis titled: ‘Awakening Curiosity – Curiosity as a Professional Business Skill’. A skill which is particularly relevant in navigating complexity and uncertainty.
