Spotlight on John Raymond

PSFI are happy to introduce John Raymond who is joining as an Associate specialising in leadership and team development.

John has more than two decades experience working with large organisations in corporate, academia, NFP and government, being seen as both a trusted advisor and an accomplished professional to develop individuals and teams. In addition to being a highly regarded specialist in executive coaching and leader development, John has led large change and culture programs across APAC.

As a coach, John has worked globally with leaders at almost all levels, from almost all industries assisting with simple skills build to more complex developmental engagements. He has held leadership positions in organisations and industry bodies and most recently spent 11 years working with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership initially as their Head of Coaching before moving to Singapore where he held the position of Head of Asia, a role that combined general management, business development and delivery of premium coaching and facilitation.
