Jason Haines

Jason is a qualified accountant with decades of experience working in the finance and legal sectors. He has held senior roles with Andersen Worldwide, PricewaterhouseCoopers and most recently as Global CFO and Operations Director at Allen & Overy.
AboutÜber Jason
Jason joined Allen & Overy in 2007, initially in the role of CIO, before becoming Global CFO & Operations Director in 2014. Reporting directly to the Global Managing Partner, he was responsible for all significant financial decisions, including property, pensions, acquisitions and funding the business. Jason managed a team of over 1,000 staff, in addition to a number of outsourced teams. During his time as Global CFO, he was a member of member of the Board, the Executive Committee, the IT Board and various finance committees.
Jason has led many global systems implementation projects, both as Global CTO of PricewaterhouseCoopers and as Global CIO of Allen & Overy. Jason brings a strong commercial focus to projects, leading on the realisation of benefits and accountability for success.
In 2013, Jason became a trustee for Afrikids, a charity focussing on the rights of children in one of the poorest parts of Africa through education, healthcare and child protection services. He is currently the Chair of the Afrikids Board, overseeing fund-raising and provide governance and management support for the team in Africa.

- Led numerous process and systems improvement projects as a consultant in Andersen.
