Deep dive – Senior Partner succession planning
Our latest deep dive focussed on succession planning for Managing Partners and particularly the role of the Senior Partner in this critical activity.
The session spanned discussions from using the time as a possible reframing of structures and strategy, ensuring a pool of candidates, setting up the election process, working with the candidates and exploring the handover between the incoming and outgoing leaders.
As ever, we aimed for this deep dive to not only be helpful and stretching but an opportunity for you to build your network beyond the small breakfast groups you have joined.
The session was based around “six levers” that we have developed to help navigate this area.
If you have any queries relating to this, please do not hesitate to contact one of us.
