Hannah has led and implemented business transformation projects in complex matrix environments, acting as an internal trusted advisor to international law firms including DLA Piper, Jones Day, Skadden and Baker McKenzie.
She specialises in integration, change and growth strategies. Through highly developed influencing skills she is able to achieve consensus across senior stakeholders and construct chain-influencing situations to drive change whilst maintaining quality assurance.
Hannah has founded, led and grown innovative clinical research facilities, legal practices and teams by aligning highest-level priorities with client centric day-to-day operations. Multi-disciplinary collaboration features heavily in her work to evolve early stage ideas into effective growth initiatives.
She is a CMC Registered and CEDR Accredited Mediator, Mental Health First Aid Champion, PRINCE2 Practitioner and fluent Spanish speaker.

- For a London based law firm, designed and implemented roadmaps for change. Projects included pricing and discounting, key clients and board structure/corporate governance.
- For a global law firm, built and ran a practice group handling business planning, coaching senior partners, resource allocation, talent pipeline management, lateral integration, training, policies and procedures.
- For a global law firm, led international transactional practice assessments from risk identification to devising potential solutions to barriers in practice development and regional integration.
