Jenny’s previous clients include Evershed Sutherland, K&L Gates, Pinsent Masons, Osborne Clarke, Wolf Theiss, Loyens & Loeff, Ius Laboris, Asafo & Co and ICAEW. She undertook a recent fixed term contract at a global law firm as Interim COO for one of the largest and most profitable divisions of their business. Prior to consulting, Jenny was at Linklaters’ for seven years, firstly leading the Global Financial Reporting function and then as a Global Business Manager.

Working with global teams, Jenny has carried out in-depth reviews, dealing with the most complex issues and leading a plan of delivery to ensure operations are optimised. She has advised and led on entire international office set-ups, mergers & acquisitions; through good communications and collaboration, leading the integration of strategy, structures, processes and people across multiple jurisdictions while understanding and accommodating cultural differences, as appropriate.

By introducing new global strategy & planning, including partner plans, and aligning it to action and financial intent, Jenny has helped firms achieve considerable sustainable growth with a focus on competitive advantage and collaboration.
