Jonny has more than 20 years’ experience as a people and leadership development consultant, and is a skilled facilitator and coach. He has previously worked in leadership roles at PwC and EY.

With more than 20 years’ of experience in change management and people & leadership development, Jonny has worked across a number of sectors including financial services, pharmaceutical and law.

Jonny previously worked as a Senior Change Manager in the People and Change Practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he specialised in culture change, leadership development and change management.

As Director and EMEA Financial Services Learning Lead at EY he was responsible for implementing Go-To-Market strategy, client events, recruitment, resourcing and team development activities. He designed and implemented numerous learning programmes.

Most recently Jonny has run a Leadership & Learning Consultancy, where he was responsible for client relationships, as well as designing and delivering key HiPo Programmes and People Skills workshops.

Jonny has worked with clients including VISA, Allianz, AXA, Pfizer, AstraZeneca and USAID, creating and developing programmes and workshops for leadership development, people skills, team effectiveness and talent development.

Jonny blends extensive experience with creativity, energy and fun to bring real, sustainable change to the people and teams he works with.
