Pauline has over 25 years’ experience working across the professional services sector, bringing a deep understanding of how organisations and their leaders succeed in complex, people-focused environments.

Since then, she has partnered with organisations across law, accountancy, financial services, wealth management, engineering and property, helping leaders and their teams navigate change, strengthen capability and build organisations that deliver on their ambitions.

She works closely with Boards and executive teams to shape people and leadership strategies, develop senior leaders, and build effective people functions.

She designs and delivers practical, engaging leadership programmes that explore what it really means to lead, balancing strategy with empathy, creating motivation, setting direction, and having honest conversations that build trust. She also supports new partners and executives stepping into broader leadership roles and works with senior teams to rethink how they operate, strengthen collaboration, and embed new ways of working that fit their strategy and culture.
