Since then, she has partnered with organisations across law, accountancy, financial services, wealth management, engineering and property, helping leaders and their teams navigate change, strengthen capability and build organisations that deliver on their ambitions.
She works closely with Boards and executive teams to shape people and leadership strategies, develop senior leaders, and build effective people functions.
