Peter Duff joins PSFI Board

PSFI is pleased to announce that it has appointed Peter Duff as its newest Board member. 

Peter joined PSFI in October last year, after spending 18 years as Board member at Shoosmiths LLP, with nine of those as Chair, helping lead the Firm through a significant period of growth and transformation from a regional to a highly successful national firm.

Ori Wiener, PSFI Chair, said: “PSFI has grown considerably over the last few years and we are committed to continue to do so.  Peter brings a depth of experience to our PSFI Board, as former Chair of a leading law firm that has also gone through a significant period of growth. 

“His wealth of experience as Board member and Chair will be an enormous asset to us as we continue to grow and refine our strategy and its implementation, and as we look after the partnership, employees and our broader talent pool of consultants.”

As Chair at Shoosmiths, Peter led on a number of strategic and governance reviews involving significant changes including governance, and the appointing of a COO and the introduction of NEDs.

Peter Duff said: “Over the last few years PSFI has more than doubled in size by investing in carefully chosen, like-minded specialists to bring more value to clients; and they are continuing to grow. I am delighted to be able to bring my experience to support PSFI through this next exciting phase of their business.”

Peter is well known to PSFI, having been instrumental in the setting up of the Firm’s first forum for Senior Partners six years ago. PSFI now runs eight fora for almost 100 senior partners, COO’s, heads of L&D and HRDs.

PSFI continues to look for other experienced professionals to join its Board, in its efforts to diversify.
