We are happy to announce that Uli Kleinsteuber is joining PSFI as a Principal Consultant.
Uli is an experienced international COO and former management consultant. His focus is on growing or transforming legal and other professional services firms, helping firm leaders implement complex change and deliver their strategy.
After 10 years advising blue-chip business on marketing and service transformation at EY and AT Kearney, Uli held senior roles as regional COO in UK law firms Linklaters and A&O Shearman and as European MD at US law firm Goodwin.
Uli is a proven, cross cultural people and business development leader, expert in delivering transformational change, leading high-performance teams and fine-tuning or scaling operations. He is experienced in improving performance and delivering breakthrough results in Legal and other sectors.
