New book: Managing Your Leadership Career in Law A Partner’s Guide

PSFI Partner Mike Mister along with Nigel Spencer have condensed their considerable years of combined experience of leadership development in the legal sector into a brand new book Managing your Leadership Career in Law: a Partner’s Guide.

Nigel is an Executive Coach and the Director of the Hub for Professional Practice at the QMUL School of Law and together with Mike they have created a highly practical guide.

The book looks at four key transition points across this leadership phase of a partner’s career: becoming a partner; consolidating one’s reputation and choices of leadership path – including into group/office management (or not); thriving as a senior partner; and leaving a legacy.

It is packed with ideas for those in the roles and will also be an invaluable tool for those “leading partners” at each phase such as Practice Group Heads, and Managing/Senior Partners.
