Leading in a Crisis: A masterclass for leaders

As part of our leading in a crisis series, PSFI’s Mike Mister chats to James George, part of the senior leadership team at strategy consultants OC&C.

James joined the business over 20 years ago and has held a number of roles including International Managing Partner, co-head of OC&C’s International Retail Practice and leading the Consumer sector in the London office.

Their discussion is a masterclass for leaders in how to maintain perspective, knowing when to act, the importance of setting a confident direction, how to get match fit and setting up for success.

If you’d like to explore the topic in more detail, you can download our white paper Building High Performance Practices. We take a deeper dive into practice management, how to spot an underperforming practice and how to turn things around.

We interviewed James for this piece of research along with 40 other leaders and it is full of practical advice for practice managers, as well as the Executive and Board.
