We are delighted to announce that Peter Duff, Matthew Fuller, Pia Kleiber and Alastair Mitchell are joining the PSFI Partnership on 1 April.

Peter Duff
Peter has deep experience of partnership governance and leadership. He spent nearly 18 years on the Board of Shoosmiths LLP, including nine years as Chair, leading the firm through significant growth and transformation. Peter works closely with boards, partners and senior leaders on governance, succession, ESG, talent development and navigating periods of change, drawing on his background as a qualified lawyer and board chair.
Matthew Fuller
Matthew is a highly respected expert in client strategy and business development, with more than 30 years’ experience at senior levels within global professional services firms. He previously held global leadership roles at Allen & Overy, Herbert Smith and White & Case, operating at Board level and leading international teams. At PSFI, Matthew advises firms on client strategy, business development capability and leadership, and is also a senior mentor and coach within the professional services sector.
Pia Kleiber
Pia specialises in procurement, commercial negotiation and capability building. She brings more than a decade of senior procurement experience, including as Director & Head of Procurement at Lufthansa, where she led the development of the Procurement Academy and future skills strategy. Pia has also worked extensively as a negotiation advisor and trainer on high‑stakes international projects across multiple industries, and delivers her work in German, English and French.
Alastair Mitchell
Alastair has over 30 years’ experience in senior management roles in the legal sector, including as COO at Linklaters, HFW, Pinsent Masons and Cripps. A Chartered Accountant and qualified executive coach, Alastair brings extensive experience of organisational change, leadership development and firm operations, both in the UK and internationally. His work at PSFI focuses on supporting leaders through complex change and building strong, collaborative teams.
PSFI is now a firm with 11 partners and 21 Principal Consultants.
