We are pleased to announce that Jenny Jones is joining PSFI as a Principal Consultant, focusing on accelerating change, by helping leaders prioritise and deliver on key initiatives, scaling success – optimising lateral integrations & multi-jurisdictional expansion and strengthening leadership & partners’ commercial insight.
Jenny is a highly accomplished COO with decades of experience operating at the top level of global, fast growing law firms. She excels in driving strategic growth and cultural transformation in global law firms and has a proven track record of leading complex business solutions and fostering collaborative environments.
Jenny’s previous clients include Evershed Sutherland, K&L Gates, Pinsent Masons, Osborne Clarke, Wolf Theiss, Loyens & Loeff, Ius Laboris, Asafo & Co and ICAEW. She undertook a recent fixed term contract at a global law firm as Interim COO for one of the largest and most profitable divisions of their business. Prior to consulting, Jennifer was at Linklaters’ for seven years, firstly leading the Global Financial Reporting function and then as a Global Business Manager.
Jenny is a strategic thinker, effecting change through strong analytical and listening skills. Her passion lies in empowering organisations to achieve sustainable profitability and operational excellence.
