We are pleased to introduce Sarah Grigsby who has joined as an Associate focusing on coaching senior leaders in multinational corporations through individual and organisational change.
Sarah has worked with blue-chip clients across multiple industries including banking, insurance, aerospace and telco. She has transformed over 500 teams worldwide with 750+ hrs dedicated to coaching senior management and more than 2,000+ hrs of team training, coaching and facilitation.
Drawing on her own personal development journey and more than a decade’s experience coaching senior leaders in Multinational Corporations, Sarah’s approach to coaching is experiential, compassionate, practical and holistic. All of which is supported by proven techniques anchored in neuro & complexity science, integral adult development, psychosomatic and positive psychology.
Sarah is a catalyst for leaders in building a world on regenerative principles where people thrive, do business consciously, lead with compassion. She cultivates leaders and business to step into a future-fit paradigm and ways of working that thrive in complexity.
