We are delighted to introduce Simon McBride who is joining PSFI as an Associate.
Simon specialises in executive coaching, leadership and team performance. He has more than 25 years’ professional experience in leadership, consulting and people management.
In his early career, Simon was a management consultant with Willis Towers Watson. In 2001, he joined the People team within UBS, supporting the Global Equities business and was later promoted to Managing Director. In 2012, Simon moved to Investec to join the executive of the Wealth & Investment business, heading up the People team. Within 2 years he was asked to lead the People & Organisation function for both the Wealth and Banking businesses, where he was assigned into a regulated SMF18 role and became a member of the executive management team for the Plc.
Fuelled by his natural curiosity, his grasp of management theory and first-hand experience as a global leader, Simon has built an expertise in the management of change, people, performance and culture. He works alongside his clients supporting them to reflect, learn and flourish as leaders in their organisations and context.
Simon is Ashridge accredited with a Masters in executive coaching. His coaching clients include senior level executives within professional and financial services, healthcare, publishing, entertainment, early stage Venture Capital-backed businesses and founder/entrepreneurs.
