Spotlight on Jason Rabinowitz

We are investing in this network, expanding it with carefully chosen, like-minded people to bring more value to our clients and are delighted to announce that Jason Rabinowitz has joined as a Principal Consultant.

Before breaking from corporate life for the second time, Jason was head of the Pine Street leadership development group at Goldman Sachs International, a role he took up after running his first consultancy business, collaborating with London Business School, McKinsey and Harvard Business School.

Previously, Jason was director of leadership development at BP plc, and spent almost a decade as a leadership and organisational expert at the management consultancy McKinsey and Company, counselling senior leaders globally on transformational change. This experience is valuable to our clients, because we care about making a lasting improvement. At PSFI we understand what it takes to shift behaviour and change performance for transformation that lasts.

As an executive coach, Jason has worked with senior leaders internationally across a wide range of challenges. His approach is always to consider the ‘whole person’, including mental, physical and emotional needs, and their underlying purpose and meaning.

Jason’s coaching work spans multiple industries, including the non-profit world, but his focus is on professional and financial services firms.

At PSFI we pride ourselves on listening to the organisational voice to really understand our clients’ needs and culture to ensure advice and programmes fit and resonate deeply. Having worked in the world’s leading management consultancy and investment banking firms, Jason has first-hand experience of the unique characteristics of these organisations, and can relate to the challenges its leaders face, the exacting standards expected, and the intricacies of its power and politics.

Alongside his coaching work, Jason is active as an organisational and leadership consultant, which complements and informs his coaching; he helps leadership teams align around strategic direction and organisational challenges and facilitate large-scale cultural change processes.
