Ingrid Dietz is one of our Associates. The focus of her coaching is to enable leaders, their teams and high value specialists to unleash their full potential in relation to the strategic business objectives and their personal aspirations. She partners with her clients to create a client specific approach, that offers the opportunity to work at a deeper level where sustainable change is created.
Ingrid started her career as a management consultant at Ernst & Young, supporting business leaders and their teams with the implementation of impactful changes and enhancing collaboration within the value chain. She has since been associated with several international networks of professionals who provide leadership and organisational development programmes and team and executive coaching for clients in a variety of sectors.
At PSFI, we pride ourselves on listening to the organisational voice, to really understand our clients’ needs and culture to ensure advice and programmes fit and resonate deeply. We quickly get to the heart of the issue, knowing what is important and will make a difference.
Ingrid offers a coaching style that is empowering, open-minded and forward focused. Her sincere interest in clients and ability to create a safe and non-judgmental space to learn, allows them to bring to the coaching what is really challenging for them. Her aim is to offer proven interventions that enable the achievement of the results her clients want, while making use of their resourcefulness and unique qualities.
As a coach, Ingrid has worked with the top leaders of a company to enable them to successfully change their leadership from a ‘command and control’ style to an empowering one. She has assisted a CIO and his team to achieve the transformational goal they envisioned and strengthened their leadership and team collaboration in an agile work environment.
