We are delighted to introduce Pauline Caldwell who is joining PSFI as an Associate focusing on people leadership and development and executive coaching.
Pauline has more than 20 years’ experience working for professional service firms. Having spent 10 years working in the accounting sector before moving to become head of HR and then global HR director at Clyde and Co, she is adept at operating both internationally and at the highest organisational levels, advising boards, senior leaders and their teams, and providing coaching
services from mid-level to senior C-suite leaders.
As a consultant, Pauline has collaborated extensively with Boards and Executive teams, providing strategic guidance to shape the evolving needs of their people functions. She has expertly supported leaders in navigating the complexities of the modern workplace. Her contributions have spanned reviewing and enhancing team structures and capabilities, developing strategic people initiatives aligned with overarching business objectives, and crafting governance frameworks and operating models tailored to the organisation’s stage of growth and complexity. Additionally, Pauline has designed and implemented leadership programmes for senior executives and partners that are both pragmatic and directly aligned with the company’s strategic goals. This represents a snapshot of her broader expertise, which includes a wide range of tailored solutions designed to meet the unique challenges and opportunities faced by today’s leadership teams.
Pauline brings an excellent understanding of the complexities of the different business environments in which people work. She draws on her energy, drive and passion to become a trusted confidante and advisor. Her honest, straight-talking, curious and collaborative style help her to quickly identify issues and recommend effective solutions that create sustainable and lasting change.
