Improving the effectiveness of leadership teams

Next up in our building critical leadership capabilities series is a podcast on creating effective top teams.

Principal Consultant Kevin Hogarth is joined by Partner Jason Rabinowitz and Associate Chris Smith to discuss how to improve the effectiveness of leadership teams.

Creating effective top teams is a huge topic, so the team hone in on three key areas:

💡 they explore the circumstances in which they are most often invited into the boardroom or executive committee.

💡 They focus in on one of the most critical aspect of leadership team effectiveness – behaviours.

💡 They finish with some practical ideas about what can be done to help these top teams make the most of the opportunities they have to improve and address any issues that are preventing them from performing at their best.

Kevin’s background is in the healthcare, financial services and professional services sectors working with leadership teams, most recently for KPMG as the UK Chief People Officer.

Jason heads up PSFI’s coaching practice and works with clients to help them unlock their potential, drawing on his experience of having worked in the world’s leading management consultancy and investment banking firms.

Chris also works with executive teams, helping them to clarify their purpose, improve ways of working and the quality of relationships both internally and with key stakeholders. Chris has worked with both smaller, fast growing and large organisations including Unilever, Elastic and KPMG.

Together they are part of the PSFI Leadership practice and work with top teams in the professional services and financial services sectors, supporting and guiding them through the opportunities and issues they have.
