Senior career transitions

Today’s podcast is hosted by PSFI Principal Consultant Julie Morrison and continues our leadership series and focuses on senior career transitions, from the perspective of the individual and also the firm.

Julie has over 30 years’ experience advising professional services firms of all sizes and across many locations on strategy, performance, purpose, partner engagement and profitability. She is joined by PSFI Partner Mike Mister to uncover the lessons shared in the book that Mike co-authored called From Work Life to New Life.

Drawing on his experience with clients, Mike wrote the book to give a roadmap to smart professionals wanting to reinvent retirement and have an ‘encore career.’ Julie and Mike also share invaluable advice to leaders looking to manage their senior leaders’ transitions in a smooth and human way.

Julie and Mike are part of PSFI’s Leadership practice and work with Boards and top teams in the professional services and financial services sectors, supporting and guiding them through the challenges they face.
