PSFI announces six new Principal Consultants

PSFI is expanding and we are pleased to announce the appointment of six new Principal Consultants to PSFI.

Adrian Barker, Louise Buckle, Kevin Hogarth, Alastair Mitchell, Julie Morrison and Hannah Perry bring with them a wealth of experience which will enhance our offering to our clients.

Adrian Barker

Adrian is a learning development professional and executive coach with 25 years’ experience working in, and leading high-performance teams in both the public and private sectors. Previously, Adrian held the role of Programme Director at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, with responsibility for all global development courses for Associates and Partners.

Louise Buckle

Louise is a qualified Executive Coach with more than 20 years’ experience coaching senior leaders, including Partners, CEOs, Board Directors and high potential talent, across professional services, finance, and health/medicine. At KPMG for more than 13 years, she was initially Lead Internal Coach and progressed to be EMA Head of Learning.

Kevin Hogarth

Kevin is a relationship focused expert in people, culture and organisation development. With over 30 years’ executive HR experience, Kevin has held roles with Boots, Abbey National, Capital One, Freshfields, Norton Rose Fulbright, EY and most recently KPMG as the UK Chief People Officer. Kevin also has substantial NED experience currently sitting on the Boards of the Law Society and Dimensions.

Alastair Mitchell

Alastair is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in senior management roles internationally and a qualified executive coach with Meyler Campbell. He has substantial change management experience and strong leadership, motivational and communication skills. Alastair has spent more than 30 years within the legal sector having held the role of COO at Linklaters, HFW and most recently at Pinsent Masons.

Julie Morrison

Julie has over 30 years’ experience working with professional services firms and is a former EY partner. She works with Boards and senior leaders to drive change, improve partner engagement and enhance performance across sectors and geographies.  She is a highly skilled communicator and action-oriented facilitator.

Hannah Perry

Hannah has over 20 years’ experience of working in United Kingdom, Europe, Asia Pacific and North America. Hannah has led and implemented business transformation projects in complex matrix environments, acting as a trusted advisor to international law firms including DLA Piper, Jones Day, Skadden and Baker McKenzie. She specialises in integration, change and growth strategies. She is a qualified mediator.

Our new Principal Consultants will work alongside our eight Partners, two existing Principal Consultants and one Senior Principal, as well as our community of carefully chosen, like-minded associates who bring additional value to our clients.
