We are delighted to welcome Christine O’Shea as an Associate.
Christine is a Chartered Psychologist in Occupational and Coaching Psychology and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. As a leadership consultant she has more than 25 years’ experience working with businesses across sectors and geographies as well as in elite sport.
In 2014, Christine founded Piccadilly Beck, an international consultancy bringing business psychology to organisations and their people. Her work centres on leadership. She helps her clients find new ways of moving forward using a rich framework of integrated psychological and experiential knowledge that honours the complexity of being human and embodies the demands of leadership. Her work is guided by the principle that development starts from within, and that no organisation can grow faster than those leading it.
She has assessed hundreds of new and experienced Partners around the globe for one of the Big 4 professional services firms. She has contributed for more than a decade to the selection and development of new Partners in a city law firm. Christine partners every year with an international law firm to develop talented senior associates and has designed and run programmes on culture and values for law firm clients, helping create the desire and capacity for firm-wide change.
Across assessment and development, Christine brings depth, objectivity and precision to questions that are central to an organisation’s people strategy. Her work is grounded in helping individual leaders evolve and unfold to be their best selves — challenging assumptions, realising capability and delivering impact at work and in life.
