Spotlight on Keith Goddard

We are happy announce that Keith Goddard is joining as an Associate.

Keith is an applied business, performance and wellbeing psychologist with more than 40 years’ experience in learning, development and organisational psychology. He has worked extensively with professional service firms and corporate organisations supporting leaders and teams through complex organisational challenges. He works at strategic level, as well as hands on, with both design and delivery, often partnering with his clients. His work includes top team development, senior leader assessment & selection, talent strategy & development programmes, leadership & executive development, successional planning, culture change and organisational performance & change.

Keith brings a strong evidence-based approach, combined with a pragmatic understanding of how to develop people, teams and organisations to perform under pressure and during change. As well as his reputation for assessment and development, he is also known for his work in well-being, resilience and mental toughness, including in high-performance and extreme environments.

Keith has been coaching and developing individual leaders for over 25 years in a range of contexts and organisations, bringing a breadth and depth of experience and science to bare when working with new or established business leaders, as well as transitional career guidance for those later in their careers. He is a firm believer in helping people to thrive in life and continues to grow his own expertise through CPD and personal challenges.
