We are pleased to announce that Pauline Caldwell is becoming a Principal Consultant, having previously been an Associate.
Pauline brings over 25 years’ experience across the professional services sector, including senior leadership roles in law and accountancy before moving into consulting. She has since worked with organisations across financial services, wealth management, engineering and property, helping leaders and their teams navigate change, strengthen capability, and build organisations that deliver on their ambitions.
She partners with Boards and senior teams to shape people and leadership strategies, develop senior leaders, and build effective people functions. Alongside her consulting work, Pauline is an experienced executive coach who supports leaders to build confidence, clarity and impact in how they lead and work with others.
Her background as a Global HR Director, consultant and Non-Executive Director gives her a deep understanding of the realities and pressures leaders face. She is trusted for her honesty, insight and ability to translate ideas into meaningful, lasting change that strengthens both people and performance.
