We are delighted to announce that Miriam Desjardins has become a Principal Consultant. Miriam was previously an Associate.
Miriam has more than 25 years’ experience working in developing people and organisations, with ten of those years spent in management positions. Her focus is on leadership development, talent management, cultural development and coaching.
Miriam previously held positions in different industries such as airline, telecoms, FMCG and education designing and implementing transformative development programmes.
Most recently, as Senior Manager of People Development & DEI at Linklaters, Miriam led learning and development initiatives across five German offices. She created and executed strategies with a particular focus on talent development and performance management as well as female talent.
Miriam is a coach for partners and leaders helping them to develop their full leadership potential. As a trainer and consultant, she inspires and motivates teams to enhance their performance by improving cooperation and communication.
Recognising that every organisation is unique, Miriam is versatile and adept at creating bespoke solutions for every challenge and goal. Clients value her strengths-focused and solution-oriented, yet pragmatic, approach.
