Spotlight on Claudia Filsinger

We are happy to introduce Claudia Filsinger who is joining as an Associate.

Claudia is a highly experienced and versatile international executive coach and leadership development consultant. She has worked for 15 years with leaders and teams in a very broad range of functions, geographies, sectors and career stages.

Claudia started her career in international B2B sales before moving into EMEA sales learning & development roles for a large IT company, as an internal consultant to country & LOB leadership as well as managing a sales development curriculum portfolio end-to-end. She has worked with clients in Professional and Financial Services, Tech/IT, Pharma, Biotech, FMCG, Creative and Media Industries.

In addition to her coaching and consultancy work, Claudia’s portfolio has included lecturing in Business, Management, and Coaching at Oxford Brookes Business School. Further, she was the Programme Director of an MSc in Transformational Sales Leadership. She has researched and published in the fields of hybrid leadership, coaching, sales and career development.

Claudia is qualified to use Hogan Leadership Assessments and has facilitated many action learning / reflective practice groups and team days.

Claudia supports leaders, teams and their organisations with leadership effectiveness, organisational change and career transitions. Her purpose is to develop her clients’ self-coaching and critical thinking capability with systemic and visual approaches. She brings a deep understanding of how adults learn and change behaviours to her work.
