Spotlight on Karen Dawson

PSFI are happy to introduce Karen, who joins as one of our associates. Karen has been devising, developing and delivering learning programmes in leadership, teamwork and performance improvement for over 20 years and has extensive learning and development experience in multinational and multicultural matrix organisations.

Karen’s experience includes 17 years at EY and three at KPMG focussing on how to use learning to create professionals equipped to succeed in the increasingly dynamic professional services environment. At EY, her role included advising leadership on the technical and skills learning required to support EY’s business priorities and the infrastructure required to support the curricula. At KPMG, as Leadership skills learning lead, she drove the strategy for the leadership skills learning curriculum and the team which leads it.

At PSFI, we balance warmth and support with challenge to get to the nub of what is needed. We focus on building and sustaining authentic relationships with the organisations and leaders we work with.​

Karen is an energetic, pragmatic and flexible learning specialist, skilled at building and sustaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. The learning she develops shows an excellent understanding of how needs and preferences differ and is designed to generate positive lasting change at both individual and organisational level.

Karen is accredited to deliver MBTI and is a qualified TRACOM Social Styles, Behavioural EQ and Lumina Spark practitioner.
