We are pleased to announce that Martin Hill has become a Principal Consultant, joining our growing team of 16 Principal Consultants and 8 partners. Martin was previously an Associate.
Martin is a senior L&D leader with vast technical and market knowledge gained in the UK and Asia. He has driven global and regional talent initiatives that have contributed to the organisational client and people strategies; developed top talent; supported organisational transformation and culture change.
Understanding what it takes to be successful in a highly demanding client-focused environment, he works with individuals at all stages of their career, designing and delivering business and management programmes. Martin aims to make organisations more engaging places to work. He has worked with management teams on organisational development and culture change, with the aim of improving collaboration, engagement, and enhancing conversations between colleagues.
We are delighted have Martin on board and working within our talent and coaching practice groups.
