Spotlight on Rebecca Hill

PSFI are delighted to introduce Rebecca Hill who is joining as an Associate. Rebecca spent 25 years working for major global professional and financial services organisations including latterly for EY where she was a global director specialising in business strategy focusing on people and organisational change and where she developed well-honed coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills both virtual and in person. She also co-led EY’s global Women. Fast forward programme.

After working in the city, Rebecca launched several businesses with her business partner including HaslerHill consulting as well as her own business Wise Sherpa. She is currently collaborating with a number of organisations providing coaching and consulting services. She recently released the book: From work life to new life – rewriting the rules of retirement for smart professionals and regularly coaches and consults organisations on these issues.

Rebecca has a strong interest and experience in the economic empowerment of women as well as the broader diversity and inclusion and future of work agendas. She is a member of a group of senior women leading on an economic blueprint for women and enterprise (entrepreneurship) for the UK and to this end participates in a cross-party working group at the House of Commons to address this issue.

Rebecca has an MSc in Coaching & Consulting from Said Business School, Oxford University and HEC, Paris. She has lived and worked in several countries including the UK, France, US and Switzerland and speaks three languages.
