Spotlight on Andrew Wright

PSFI are pleased to introduce Andrew Wright who has joined as an Associate specialising in learning and development, performance and talent management, and organisational change management.

Prior to starting his own consultancy, Andrew was Partner Development and Markets Learning Leader for EY across EMEIA. During his time there, he developed a new partner track initiative for senior managers and directors.  He personally coached partners, partner track candidates, and all direct entry partners and achieved a much improved success rate over 3 years for both internal and external admits. He was also responsible for designing and delivering an internal Partner admission process across EMEIA and a modular leadership development programme for over 3000 partners in the UK.  He has gained extensive experience of coaching and developing Partners in India and the Middle East.

As Group Director of Training for BAA, Andrew created and led a new training department, opened a new training centre and established a certified curriculum for supervisors, managers and directors. He also  managed BAA’s residential academy.

Andrew is a certified coach with Miller Heiman and a TRACOM Master Trainer. He has written articles on organisational change and leadership development and has been invited to speak at a number of seminars on subjects such as “The Role of Leaders in Driving Cultural Change” and “The War for talent”.

As an experienced leader with proven relationship management skills, Andrew brings a value-based, pragmatic approach to developing business solutions.
