PSFI expands its German team with the appointment of Ebba Bahl

PSFI expands its German team with the appointment of Ebba Bahl

Ebba Bahl, a Düsseldorf-based coach, consultant and lawyer, is joining leading professional services consulting firm PSFI as a Principal Consultant on 1 August 2021.

Ebba has over 20 years’ experience working in marketing and business development for law firms, in both regional boutiques and large international organisations. During this time, she has developed markets and sector groups, managed the global expansion of international clients and advised partners on the strategic development of their practice areas. In 2018, Ebba obtained her coaching accreditation, adding personnel and organisation development to her comprehensive and holistic offering.

As a native German speaker, Ebba will work with Ori Wiener, one of PSFI’s founding partners who is also based in Germany, along with the rest of the team to help German speaking professional services firms increase the quality of client relationships and commercial competencies, leading to winning more work and improving profitability. The team also supports professional services teams in other continental European countries.

Ebba’s appointment follows the appointment of two Principal Consultants in January.

Dirk Eilers has more than 18 years’ experience working for magic circle law firms and logistics giant UPS. As part of his previous roles, Dirk introduced and supported new pricing approaches that resulted in significant profitability improvements, including increased billing rates for new matters. Adrian Raub has over 15 years’ experience working for professional services firms, including a magic circle law firm and a Big 4 accountancy firm, in senior business development roles. He has built and led interdisciplinary teams and advises clients on business development.

Together, the team in Germany offers a complete consultancy package for clients, from leadership transition, coaching and change management, to pricing and profitability improvement as well as client and business strategy implementation. The team advises a broad range of professional services firms based in Germany and continental Europe, including local offices of international firms from the US and UK.

PSFI erweitert das deutsche Team mit Ebba Bahl

Ebba Bahl, Coach, Beraterin und Anwältin aus Düsseldorf, wechselt zum 1. August 2021 als Principal Consultant zum führenden Beratungsunternehmen PSFI.

Damit bildet die 49-jährige Rechtsanwältin künftig gemeinsam mit PSFI-Gründungspartner Ori Wiener, Dirk Eilers und Adrian Raub die deutsche Einheit der in UK ansässigen Beratungsgesellschaft. Bahl selbst wird von ihrem Büro in Düsseldorf aus agieren

Bahl hat über 20 Jahre Erfahrung im Marketing und Business Development für Anwaltskanzleien, sowohl in regionalen Boutiquen als auch in großen internationalen Organisationen. In dieser Zeit hat sie Geschäftsbereiche und Sektorengruppen entwickelt, die globale Expansion internationaler Mandanten geleitet und Partner bei der strategischen Entwicklung ihrer Praxisbereiche beraten. Im Jahr 2018 erwarb Bahl die Zertifizierung als Coach und ergänzte damit ihr umfassendes und ganzheitliches Angebot um die Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung.

Bahl wird mit Wiener, der ebenfalls in Deutschland ansässig ist, und dem Rest des Teams zusammenarbeiten, um deutschsprachige Professional Services Firms dabei zu unterstützen, die Qualität ihrer Kundenbeziehungen und ihre kommerziellen Kompetenzen zu verbessern, um Mandanten strategisch und profitabel auszubauen. Das Team unterstützt auch professional Service Firms in UK und weiteren Europäischen Ländern. Dirk Eilers hat mehr als 18 Jahre Erfahrung bei Magic-Circle-Kanzleien und auch beim Logistikriesen UPS. Als Teil seiner früheren Aufgaben hat Dirk Eilers neue Ansätze zur Preisgestaltung eingeführt, die zu erheblichen Rentabilitätsverbesserungen führten.

Adrian Raub verfügt über mehr als 15 Jahre Erfahrung in leitenden Positionen im Bereich Business Development bei professionellen Dienstleistungsunternehmen, darunter eine Magic-Circle-Kanzlei und eine Big-4-Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, für die er interdisziplinäre Teams aufgebaut und geleitet hat.
