We are happy to welcome Aneace Haddad who is joining PSFI as an Associate.
Aneace is an executive coach focusing on C-suite executives and top teams. With a career that spans four decades and multiple continents and industries, Aneace brings a global perspective and combines leadership models from experts with real world, cross cultural experience.
Aneace began his career as the founder, chairman and CEO of a tech company. Under his leadership the company grew from a startup to employing 130 people and working for banking and finance clients in 30 countries. During his time as CEO, he successfully created a global corporate culture embracing a highly diverse team of people from different countries and regions and coached and mentored numerous junior members of staff moving into management roles.
As an executive coach, Aneace has accumulated over 1,800 hours of certified coaching, impacting over 300 individual senior leaders and working with 100 top teams. He specialises in transforming seasoned C-suite executives into high-performing teams, by tapping into what he describes as the profound, transformative energies of midlife—the final frontier in adult development.
