PSFI are pleased to introduce Celine who has joined as one of our Associates, focusing on leadership development. Celine has worked in Talent & Development for major corporations and renowned professional services firms for over 20 years and across several continents, supporting managers, leaders, executives and teams to develop the skills, the endurance, the strategies, the resilience and the mindset to navigate the uncertain and complex times we live in and thrive.
Celine graduated in Business Management and Sociology and subsequently trained and became certified by the ICF as a coach. She has studied adult learning and developmental theories, motivational and change theories, applied positive psychology, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, somatic work and resilience strategies.
During her time as a coach, she has led a regional L&D function for an international law firm, designing solutions to respond to current business challenges and implementing global projects, coached new partners on effective working practices and communication skills, provided training to female associates on a Female Career Progression Programme and assisted high potentials on their partner track.
At PSFI, we are receptive to new ideas, thinking, approaches and collaborations to ensure we keep current. We understand what it takes to shift behaviour and change performance for transformation that lasts.
Celine offers a unique understanding of the sociology and psychology of high-achievers, particularly in professional services firms, and has explored strategies which positively affect the mental, emotional and physical well-being of those people and support them to become high potentials.
