Darryl specialises in coaching senior professionals looking to continually improve and accelerate their path to exceptional levels of sustained achievement. He uniquely combines 20 years of global investment banking leadership, 1:1 executive coaching and broad psychology practise, providing for a differentiating client partnership.
Multi-cultural clients have described the output from Darryl’s coaching akin to ‘doing a degree in yourself’. His global clients’ search for consistent excellence is achieved through self-mastery, implementing bespoke solutions to deliver on their specific goals. His powerful coaching is well recognised by C-suite, bankers and traders across global markets and corporate banking divisions. ‘Presenting With Impact’ is another area of coaching specialism and is amongst Darryl’s topics included in the internationally published book ‘101 Coaching Strategies and Techniques’.
Darryl is an ICF Advanced Accredited Executive Coach, FCA UK and Hogan Assessments Certified, with a BA (Hons). In remaining true to his course of accelerating achievement, Darryl regularly consults with world class business schools and technical experts, ensuring the individuals he works with benefit from the most innovative and effective coaching strategies available.
