Spotlight on Penny Moyle

We are happy to introduce Penny Moyle who is joining as an Associate specialising in individual and team coaching, board facilitation and leadership development.

Penny is a business psychologist and executive coach, with a passion for helping organizations and their people to thrive in high pressure and uncertain times.

Penny’s early career as a researcher in the Department of Experimental Psychology in Oxford University has shaped her practice as a business psychologist.  Her research foundation informs a strongly evidence-based practice.  In particular, her research findings relating to workplace stress, employee well-being, personality and organisational change, underpin her interventions that help individuals, teams and organisations develop greater resilience.

Penny spent almost 20 years working for OPP Ltd (now The Myers – Briggs Company), one of Europe’s leading providers of business psychology services and assessments. Initially working as a consultant, Penny held various roles before becoming CEO in 2011. In her first three years as CEO, profits more than doubled, and the developmental and engaging culture produced was recognised through the Investors in People accreditation and reflected in reduced absence rates as well as increased employee retention.

For over 30 years, Penny has been applying psychometric insights to bring value to organisations and the people who work in them. She is passionate about creating change that is transformative, both for organisations and their people.
