Spotlight on Judith Hammer

We are happy to introduce Judith Hammer who has joined PSFI as an Associate specialising in leadership development and essential interpersonal skills. With over 20 years’ experience across a variety of sectors, she has a proven track record working with both organisations and individuals.

Judith’s ability to explore and challenge organisations and individuals to acknowledge their strengths and resources, allows her to create tailored solutions to address complex problems. She has run programmes addressing organisational development, performance management, change management and leadership and management skills.

In her previous roles, Judith was senior Learning Consultant and Accreditations Manager at Capita L&D where she was responsible for the design and implementation of bespoke HR, coaching and learning and leadership development. After leaving Capita, Judith became Head of Learning and Development for HSBC private banking in Switzerland  where she created learning solutions to operational and performance needs and ensured the roll out of global and localised learning initiatives.

Judith’s design and delivery style is learner centred, facilitative, stimulating, fun, empowering, motivating, energetic, inspiring and passionate. Her approach to Learning and Development is through accelerated learning, a participative approach, thinking outside the box and finding creative solutions.

Judith inspires passion, informs and achieves willingness, ability, creativity and high standards in an organisation’s number one resource; its people.
