PSFI announces four new partners

We are pleased to announce the appointment of four new partners to PSFI, bringing the total number of partners to nine.

After recently transitioning to an LLP, these four new partners are joining us at the start of an exciting journey. Ebba Bahl, Dirk Eilers, Clint Evans and Jason Rabinowitz bring with them a wealth of experience which will enhance our offering to our clients.

Ebba Bahl: Ebba is a business development professional, with over 20 years’ experience working for a wide range of domestic and international law and professional service firms. In addition to her proven track record, Ebba brings the perspective of a qualified lawyer and executive coach. Ebba’s approach helps her clients discover and overcome barriers, strategically develop business and build critical client relationships. Her clients value her interest in people, her ability to listen attentively and to ask the right questions, as well as her deep understanding of the inner workings of professional service firms and especially law firms. She delivers her work in English and German.

Dirk Eilers: Dirk’s focus is primarily on pricing and profitability enhancement. He has more than 18 years’ experience working for magic circle law firms and the logistics giant UPS. He has supported more than 200 partners on their most pressing commercial issues and, as part of his portfolio, developed a process that results in annual increases in hourly rates. Also, he creates the bridge between the price and the fee negotiation strategy.  At UPS, Dirk has held a broad range of positions in pricing and revenue management at all organisational levels and has spent more than eight years working internationally. He delivers his work in English and German.

Clint Evans: Clint is focused on strategic and operational change for organisations and transition coaching for individuals and leadership teams. Clint has been a director across several business functions including HR & Learning, Marketing & Business Development, Knowledge Management and Legal Operations, so he sees issues and solutions from a multidisciplinary point of view. He also has held several CEO, COO and other board level roles. He is a qualified business coach with Meyler Campbell and Henley Business School.

Jason Rabinowitz: Jason was a director of leadership development at BP plc, head of the Pine Street senior leadership development group at Goldman Sachs International and spent almost a decade as a leadership and organisational expert at the management consultancy McKinsey, counselling senior leaders globally on transformational change. He enjoys working at multiple levels: as an executive coach, supporting leaders on their greatest professional and personal challenges; facilitating and coaching leadership teams, ensuring alignment around strategy and effective team dynamics; and focusing on organisational culture, purpose and values.  Jason has a Masters in Executive Coaching and works in English and Spanish.

Working alongside the nine partners are three principal consultants as well as a community of carefully-chosen, like-minded associates who bring more even more value to our clients.
